Please review information below:

• Due to COVID-19, we require  ALL  clients to practice social distancing. No other guest(s) may be allowed during your session unless discussed prior to the appointment date.

• Each session fee is  NON-REFUNDABLE. 

• Full payment for each session is due immediately on the day of your appointment. It secures your session date and time.

• All edited/raw digital images will be available 1-3 business days after the appointment date. Any additional images you want to be edited will require a service fee.

• Your 10% off discount can be used only (1) time and is only valid for your FIRST shoot with us.

• If canceling, we ask that you cancel within 72 hours before your appointment date. Failure to do so will be a cancellation fee of $50.

• Please note that if you are late for your session, it will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible. Showing up late to an appointment is an automatic late fee:

                 Fees:

                 $5=5 minutes late

                 $15= 10 minutes late

                $30= 20 minutes late

                After 30 minutes your appointment is canceled and you will be charged a $50 late fee.

 

​           Failure to show up for your appointment is a NO CALL NO SHOW fee of $100.

 

• Noel Portraits reserve the right to reschedule/cancel any session due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather.  Doing so, we will refund your paid session fee.

• We ask that you TAG US (@noelportraits) on Instagram, Facebook (@noelportraitss) or any social media platforms if sharing with others

• All client’s sensitive personal information is NEVER shared with others. ONLY Noel Portraits collects personal information when you schedule an appointment.
